Quality system and quality control means of STELEX INDUSTRIES production is generally implemented under the following contractual situations.
Quality assurance and Inspection requirements are as specified in the contract by customer and is required to implement the same accordingly.
Quality Assurance plan (QAP) is developed by STELEX INDUSTRIES as per stipulation in the contract/on their own, which is implemented after concurrence by the customer.
Taking consideration of the customer's needs and product characteristics based on the authenticated drawing, Quality control department develops the QAP for products; separately, with sufficient break up of component subassembly/Assembly, as required.
Internal Inspection & Test details and customer's HOLD/Witness areas are identified in the QAP covering the entire activities of procurement, manufacturing and completion of the product. Also, it identifies the acceptance criteria of each of the checked; characteristics along with the range of internal inspection documents and test certificates to be maintained & submitted to customer at the time of the final inspection of the product.
